Americans were thrilled as he was perceived as a "young and handsome fellow." The speech was greatly remembered by this words, "My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." From my perspective, I delineated President Kennedy's speech as remarkably intriguing and profoundly amazing. Initially Kennedy did not want to become a President, that was one of his other brothers goal. That is until, he was spontaneously killed.
